Washington Trip

We arrived home after our last big trip of the summer late Tuesday night. Claire and I spent two weeks in Washington at my parents' house. The visit was a great mix of visiting with family and friends, visiting some of my favorite Washington locales, and some relaxing downtime. We were especially thrilled to be there for the baptism of my newest niece, Lauren, and have weekend with my sister Christine who flew out from Indiana for the occasion.

That's great that you could spend two weeks back home. Looks like a nice time with all of your family. And now its back to school already? Where did summer go? We too are trying to gear up for Zach's first day of Kindergarten this week... send me some prayers and maybe a bit of luck to cope this this adjustment in our lives...
